A teenager has denied fracturing a man’s leg while driving without due care.

Alexander Woodruff, 18, pleaded not guilty at Magistrates’ Court yesterday to a charge of causing grievous bodily harm. The incident is alleged to have occurred on September 26 last year in Fairylands, Pembroke.

Senior magistrate Juan Wolffe released the defendant on $2,500 bail and adjourned the case until September 9.
