A woman had to be rescued from a car after the vehicle went over an embankment this afternoon.
The Bermuda Police Service said it appeared the car was driven off Orange Valley Road, Devonshire, about 100m north of Jubilee Road, at about 3pm.
A spokesman said: “The lone female occupant was extricated out of the vehicle and was transported to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital with injuries that do not appear to be life-threatening.
“Traffic diversions were in effect at the junctions with Jubilee Road and Parsons Road while the car was being removed.”
The road has since been reopened to traffic.
