A motorcyclist killed in a crash last Friday was named by police yesterday.

Leric Lightbourn, 21, died after his bike was in collision with a car east of the junction of Vesey Street and Middle Road in Devonshire, at about noon.

A police spokesman said yesterday: “A family liaison officer has been appointed to assist Mr Lightbourn’s relatives during this difficult time.

“The Bermuda Police Service extends its sincerest condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.”
